Easy Animation Tool
Go to your spawn menu ("q") and click "easy animation tool"
next, Make sure to open the context menu ("c") and make the selected model "Make Animateable"
once you have clicked this, right click on the model with you easy animation tool. after that you can open the context menu ("c") an choose any animation from the game you choose. most players do TF2 posters but you can get creative.

Bone Merger
Next, (this is only for TF2 posters) go to the spawn menu ("q")
and click "Bone Merger" then, go to the search bar at the top of the spawn menu ("q") and search for the name of the class you want to edit. then pick an cosmetic/ item you want on your model. (make sure you use the right animation for the right items, or you'll have to restart) afterwards spawn the cosmetic and right click the model, than right click the cosmetic/item and right click again. than you will have a basic poster.

Meet the Team content pack

Make sure to spawn a TF2 SFM Model. (dont worry thou, it always spawns them when you spawn normal ones) why do you need the SFM models? because the SFM modles have more bones/grabable areas such as the shoulders, wrists, neck, and much more.

Bone Merger

For the bone merger you need to do the same with the easy route and do the RC, RC, LC
and than you will have the cosmetic on them.

The whole point of the advanced way is teaching people to do posing innstead of tool animating.
