Patch 1.4.1 Rollable stats with prefix and sufix that offers bonus stats on equipments.

Prefix

Broken - Stats nerf
Normal - The normal stats
Uncommon - A minor bonus on stats. Mostly +1 or +2 stats or 0.2 - 0.3%
Rare - Bonus stats around +3
Epic - A high bonus stats around +5
Legendary - Best prefix ingame. (Needs some tuning)

Weapons will have better modifiers than Armors.
Disclaimer, cloaks does not get any prefix/sufix rolls anymore after hotfixes.

Speed - +Speed (On Weapons, lower value = faster attack speed)
Damage - +ATK (On Weapons) +DEF (On Armor)
Wild - +END, +AGI
Vampire - %Lifesteal
Stranger - %Lethality
Wall - +END
Archer - +AGI
Wanderer - +STR, +INT
Wicked - %Spiritleech
Harmony - + WIL
Warrior - +STR, +END
Hawk - %Crit
Mage - +INT
Jester - +INT, +AGI
Rogue - +STR, +AGI

Crafted Armor
Crafted Weapons
Droppable Armor (i.e Firefly Mask etc.)
Droppable Weapons (i.e Dusk Dagger, Pyramid items etc.)
Droppable Charms (i.e Jungle Leech, Grasp of the Jungle etc.)
Lv 60+ Rings (thanks Trisis)

No prefix/sufix equipments

Tools
Capes (Might get changed in the future)
PvP gear are not rollable - Tested twice (? not verified as it's tough to obtain these)

The rings 60+ do have suffixes on them, this guide hasnt updated that yet
