Plasma Tracer for Prototype Rifle

This add-on replaces tracer particle for Prototype Rifle to this one, which looks like a blob of plasma.

This is more an example for artists than the actual add-on.
This add-on overrides particles\asw_tracer_fx.pcf file which contains tracers for all weapons. This file can be opened in Alien Swarm: Reactive Drop tools mode(launched through the SDK Launcher app). Editing tracers isn't hard, it is basically a sprite(texture) with applied color and scale.

May be one day somebody will make really cool plasma tracers :)
