Aliens Drop Loot

Aliens have a chance to drop ammo and medkits when they die, and picking up regular ammo will also refill your secondary ammunition, such as grenades. Aliens have a higher chance to drop medkits than ammo.

This is a client-side mod, meaning that people will be able to freely join your game without needing to download this mod. When creating a game, simply select this as your challenge.
