This map covers a real-world region on the West coast of Southern Italy, in the region Basilicata. The town of Maratea is located between the Tyrrhenian Sea and the hillsides of majestic mountains. One of them hosts a colossal statue of "Christ the Redeemer" which can be reached through a partially elevated curvy road.

The steep coastline has just place for a national road and a railroad which exploits several tunnels. A secondary road connects the coastline with another national road running in the behind valley. Mountain villages can be built here.

There are no resources, except for some fertile land (and forest), as this map is more focused on tourism.
Ship connections are provided, even though Maratea only has a marina in reality.
