(what i am saying is the cape is glitchy, pls fix it when you have spare time)

can u please fix the cape, i want it to flow with the PM, not all glicthy and stuff
(btw i love this PM, if ya can jsut fix that it would be perfect) understand if you don't want to or your to busy to do it.
