While I recommend playing this normal mode by solving puzzles (which you can beat the game in 1 day easily); there is a built in cheat in this game that they call power ups.

Soap Bubble, Muffin Magnet, and Hazard Shield

In the first world, (The Living Room) the first level, and/or the second level (which is stupidly easy as you just swipe straight down), you can easily get a 3 star rating by time/gathering 3 muffins.
You can keep coming back to this level to refill all of your powerups by repeating the level a few times.

By doing this you get UNLIMITED power ups!

These power ups make this game easy to beat. They are cheats. You can get through almost any level with a Soap Bubble to grab the muffins and then complete the level.

You can use 2 or even all three power ups at the same time to avoid spikes, lasers, gravity, whatever. So basically you can cheat your way through the entire game.

PS. I beat the game before I figured this out. The choice is yours.
