Forget about the codes until you have the collected all of the stones. You need to have the clues in order to give the answer.
Step 2.
I could go into detail on how you unlock these codes but im guessing yous want the answers:
To enter these code type them anywhere but i recommend on the mining/click screen.
Anonyous Mask code "LIMBO"
Enigma Paper code "LUST"
Mess and age ( 3rd page in stones both required) code "GLUTTONY"
Unsure of exact orgins but code "PARKER"
I also used code "GREED" unsure if this is required tho
Illuminati code "CONFIRMED"


And the achivos should be unlocked, make sure you have all stones unlocked currently i have all but the very last stone ( last achievo) and unlocked them.
Its possible alo of these code hinge on having "age"
