Shrines and Tributes are hidden all over the place in every area, and some are much harder to find than others. The purpose of this guide is to explain their locations and the Blessings they grant. All sensitive information regarding exact locations is inside spoiler tags such that you can choose whether you want to know the exact location, or just get a hint. The "names" of the Shrines and Tributes are made up and completely arbitrary - I only gave them names because:

1. It's more creative than saying "Shrine #4", "Tribute #2", etc.
   
2. The names make it easier to get a general idea of where a Shrine or Tribute might be if you wish to avoid spoilers.

All Blessings that can be granted by a specific Shrine are listed. However, it's important to understand how Shrines grant Blessings. Each Shrine only grants one additional level of a Blessing, not a specific part of a Blessing with multiple levels. For example, Wayfare has two levels, each one being unlocked by a separate Shrine. Let's say that you decide to go to the Shrine in Hollow Stones before you go to the Shrine in the Garden of Lost Dreams. Each of these Shrines unlocks a level in that specific Blessing, but you won't earn the second level until you visit both of the Shrines that grant that Blessing.

Because of this, the Blessings that a Shrine can grant are only identified by the name of the Blessing - as if you get them out of order, you won't earn the specific level. Additionally, some Shrines may be able to grant more Blessings than are listed here if you approach them in a different order. I might go back through on another playthrough and see if this seems to be the case, but because there's only a small number of blessings that might do that (such as Revelation), it's not a priority.

Location Hint: It's in a cave, but the main entrance is blocked.
Nearest Waystone: Queen's Gazebo
Exact Location: From the Queen's Gazebo, turn towards the thick wall of thorns guarding the cave's middle entrance. Turn in either direction and follow the wall. Eventually the wall will end and you can enter the cave. The Shrine is in the middle, right behind the wall of thorns. You'll also unlock the "Novice Explorer" achievement.

Location Hint: It's in a thick stand of trees surrounded by tall grass.
Nearest Waystone: Queen's Gazebo
Exact Location: From the back of the gazebo, walk forward. The Tribute is right there.

Location Hint: It's in a patch of tall grass... but watch out for the tiger that sometimes lurks nearby...
Nearest Waystone: Queen's Fountain
Exact Location: From the Queen's Fountain, go out the left "gate" and follow the path to the left. The path passes right by the Shrine.

Location Hint: It's right next to an empty fountain.
Nearest Waystone: Queen's Fountain
Exact Location: It's literally right next to the fountain inside a hollow tree. You can't miss it.

Location Hint: It sits under a tree near a wide wooden bridge.
Nearest Waystone: Liminal Hill
Exact Location: From the top of the Liminal Hill, navigate down the side of the mountain, heading in the direction of the stupa. Once you reach the river, turn left - the Tribute is under a tree near a wide wooden bridge.

Location Hint: This Shrine requires either Suspension of Suffering or at least one level of Descender to reach.
Nearest Waystone: Kapilavastu (if you have Suspension of Suffering) or Lotus Stupa (if you have at least one level of Descender)
Exact Location: From Kapilavastu, head towards the stairs leading to Lotus Stupa and turn left. Follow the path to the right. It leads to a small hill, and through a patch of thorns. A little beyond that is the Shrine.
From the Waystone, move along the cliff straight ahead, on the left side of the Stupa. There should be a path that will allow you to slide down the slope, and shortly after, another slideable slope. You'll land pretty much right next to the Shrine.

Location Hint: Where have you seen lots of lamps?
Nearest Waystone: Throne Glade
Exact Location: From the Waystone, follow the path away from the area with clustered blue lamps where the Avatar of Dreams appears. It's right next to the path.

Location Hint: It's in a man-made pool of water.
Nearest Waystone: Kapilavastu
Exact Location: It's right in front of and clearly visible from the Kapilavastu Waystone. It's practically a freebie.

Location Hint: It's on a peaceful little "oasis" next to a river. It's slightly easier to reach this Tribute if you have Suspension of Suffering, but it's not required.
Nearest Waystone: Kapilavastu
Exact Location: From the Kapilavastu waystone, turn left either into the path that ends with thorns (if you have Suspension of Suffering) or go all the way to the area with the stairs and follow the wall until you reach the other side of the thorns. From here, follow the path heading forward and to the left. When you can see the green glow of the Tribute, cross the shallow river and grab it.

Location Hint: It's really close to both a broken bridge and the Oasis Tribute.
Nearest Waystone: Kapilavastu
Exact Location: Follow the same route as for the Oasis Tribute, but instead of crossing the river, follow the path up the hill to the right. The path curves around and leads to the Shrine on the back side of a rock.

Exact Location: Wander around Kapilavastu. The area is small enough that you'll find it before too long if you wander down all the hallways. From the entrance (from the Garden of Dreams) it's through the hallway on the right.

Location Hint: The Shrine is on a tall point with a very nice view of the Eagle statue.
Nearest Waystone: The Austere Grounds
Exact Location: From the Waystone, move to the path and cross the bridge. When you reach the intersection, turn right - the path winds back and forth but eventually leads up to the Shrine.

Location Hint: It's near an abandoned farmhouse.
Nearest Waystone: Deer Park
Exact Location: From the Waystone, follow the fence to the left. The Shrine is along the fence near the house.

Location Hint: It's in a very peaceful spot near the river, just across from the city.
Nearest Waystone: Deer Park
Exact Location: From the Waystone, follow the path in the opposite direction of the fence. At every intersection you see after that, turn left. The path leads straight to the Shrine.

Location Hint: A Tribute sits beneath the Deer's antlers.
Nearest Waystone: Deer Park
Exact Location: From the Waystone, turn right and move straight in that direction. The Tribute is beneath a statue shaped like a Pogostag's head. However, be careful to avoid the Pogostags, or keep jumping when any of them come near you - while their spit can't kill you, it can drain your stamina very fast, and jumping is the only way to prevent them from doing so. (You can also unlock the "Honorary Sillygoose" achievement if you jump in front of one enough times.)

Location Hint: A Tribute lies before the Rat's nose.
Nearest Waystone: Holy Eagle Peak
Exact Location: From the Waystone, move towards the stairs leading to the Aum's Tear and slide down the side of the cliff instead. The Tribute sits on a log surrounded by three rat statues.

Location Hint: A Tribute rests within the Snake's mouth.
Nearest Waystone: Rajagriha
Exact Location: From the Waystone, turn right and slide down the slope. Nearby there are three snake statues - jump on the tree stump, then on the first snake's head, and then on the second snake's head to reach the Tribute.

Location Hint: A Tribute withers within the Frog's gaze.
Nearest Waystone: Rajagriha
Exact Location: From the Waystone, turn left and follow the path toward the Wakening Lands portal. Before you reach it, turn left and follow the path. When you reach the place where the Avatar of Dreams sits, turn around to see some groups of stacked frog statues. Walk in and find the Tribute sitting on the ground.

Location Hint: It's in a reed-filled pond near a lot of rat nests.
Nearest Waystone: Kapilavastu
Exact Location: From the Waystone, head up the cliff to the top and then slide or walk down to the other side. Take the path to the left and head up to the hill - the Shrine is clearly visible.

Location Hint: A Tribute lingers behind the Bear's home.
Nearest Waystone: Rising Canyons
Exact Location: From the Waystone, head towards the group of bear statues. At the first intersection that has white walls, turn left - the Tribute is just ahead.

Location Hint: The Shrine is behind a steaming pond over the tiger's territory.
Nearest Waystone: Rising Canyons
Exact Location: From the Bear's Tribute, continue forward along the path leading away from the Waystone. Turn left at the next intersection, and then left again. From there, it's a straight shot to the Shrine - you'll know you're close when you can hear the tiger roaring and the birds chirping loudly.

Location Hint: A Tibute sits within the Lion's den.
Nearest Waystone: Rising Canyons
Exact Location: From the Waystone, take the first left and head down the path. Just ahead down the stairs is a sleeping lion - and a Tribute. Light your diya so that the lion won't attack you and high-tail it out of there. If you don't have a diya yet, grab the one inside the hut near the bear statues, as it'll make it much easier to get away unscathed.

Location Hint: This Shrine is protected by thorns and many, many snakes.
Nearest Waystone: Kapila's Teaks
Exact Location: From the Waystone, walk towards the distant thorn bushes. Don't look at the snakes for too long, or stare at the ground if you need to. If you have Suspension of Suffering, you can walk right through and get to the Shrine. If you don't, there's a winding path through the thorns. There's also an alternate route through a mineshaft, but it's only one-way.

Location Hint: A Tibute hides above the Elephant's path.
Nearest Waystone: Uruvela
Exact Location: From Uruvela, jump across the broken bridge. Follow the path to the right - the Tribute is straight ahead.

Location Hint: The Shrine is on an island in the middle of deep water - but how can you get there?
Nearest Waystone: The Healing Bath
Exact Location: You need to have The Quality of Compassion in order to reach this Shrine consistently, because it's in the middle of deep water, and if you fall in you'll quickly drown. The way to get across is to feed any nearby turtle some fruit - the turtle you fed and three others will make a path to the island, allowing you to cross over to the Shrine by jumping on their backs.

Location Hint: A Tibute watches over the Goldfish's pond.
Nearest Waystone: The Healing Bath
Exact Location: From the Waystone, turn around and look above at the cliffs - you'll see a glowing blue object (the Tribute) on a cliff high above. Make your way toward the Tribute by hopping across the Turtles' backs. Once you reach the land, go up the stairs and the Tribute is right there. You can then walk off the side if you want to - there are mushrooms down below to prevent you from taking fall damage.

Location Hint: This Tribute is behind a thick wall of thorns.
Nearest Waystone: It's right by the entrance.
Exact Location: If you have Suspension of Suffering, turn left from the entrance and walk through the thorns to grab the Tribute.
If you don't have Suspension of Suffering, either find a Shrine and get it, or wander around in the caves and hope you stumble across the clear passage that's visible through the thorns at the entrance. One recommendation for finding it this way is to pass down every path without lit candles. Since the candles light up as you pass by them, it can help you keep track of which paths you've already explored, and which paths you have yet to get to.

Location Hint: It's near a wall covered with glowing mushrooms.
Nearest Waystone: Waystones are unreliable at best and extremely decieving at worst in Hollow Stones. It's best to just wander from the entrance.
Exact Location: From the entrance, move around the right side of the Avatar of Dreams and then head towards the back left side of the cave. Follow the path until you reach a square room with a bunch of candles. Take the glowing green path directly across from where you entered.
If you have Semeiosis or the first level of Waystone, check if it's the Third Waystone of the Infinite. If it is, you're getting close - if it's not, you probably did something wrong, and your best bet is probably just to wander randomly. Retreat back to the square room and take the path directly across from you once again, and turn left. Wander through the cave and eventually you'll hear the Shrine sound. The Shrine is near the wall surrounded by many glowing mushrooms.

Location Hint: This Shrine is hidden in a room filled with red crystals.
Nearest Waystone: Waystones are unreliable at best and extremely decieving at worst in Hollow Stones. It's best to just wander from the entrance. Additionally, there are no Waystones on the upper floor of Hollow Stones.
Exact Location: From the entrance, wander around until you find an iteration of the center room that has a ladder in the center. Climb it and walk through the tunnel. Walk towards the bright area in the center and fill your diya at the altar. Next, wander around the cavern until you find the exit that doesn't lead back to a variation of the ladder room. You should end up in a room filled with crystals. Walk through this room towards the pink crystals on the other side of the room and pass into the tunnel.
After a bit of walking you'll reach a four way intersection filled with purple crystals: the pink tunnel you just came through, a green tunnel to the right, a blue tunnel straight ahead, and a red-orange tunnel off to the left. Take the left tunnel and turn where you see the smallish side room filled with red crystals. The shrine is in the back of the room.
