Balanced Chaos

This is a personal FU to the LTS map chaoslts since it was a mess with balance issues. The spawns were a mess not evenly spaced across the platform and archers were uber ℭưntꜱ as soon as the round started. Not to worry though I plan on adding a few more things shortly amoungst the newly implemented features.



* Added Features:
- Wall divide
middle wall that lowers at each round start.

- Breakable wooden barricades

- Random chance ballistas will spawn with the round.

- Random chance the wall will drop without a large delay

- Random map setting each round ranging from Day, dawn/dusk, night, stormy, and snowy

- Additional Chaos which is a feature where random ꜱhit can fall from the sky and kill players during rounds, the chance of this happening is completely random but it can also be toggled in case admins don't wish to have too much madness.
