Miami Rick (2020)

Wubba Lubba Dub Dub!

It's Miami version of Rick Sanchez from 'Rick and Morty' which is featured in 'Pocket Mortys' video game.
!!! NOTE: Mod is fully customizable, from voice to stats and perks. If you find it difficult to survive with his deafult stats or don't like some new mechanics, simply hit 'configure' button on the mod select screen and set Rick up whatever way you want him to be.

- He is strong, but doesn't have many HP and gets hungry faster.
- He is 100% heat resistable because he's used to hot weather, however he takes 3x damage from cold.
- He runs pretty fast.
- Has his trusty flask that is used for keeping him drunk all the time.
- Has his portal gun that spawns portals to random places on the map.
- (not really a perk...) Almost fully customized speech! Some of his lines contain various references, from Szechuan sause to vaporwave, from Drive to Miami Vice and Hotline Miami. There are also three stupid references I put just for lulz. (Hint: it's log, candy corn and bee held in the pocket)
- Science and magic perks that depend on sanity level:
--On HIGH SANITY (>75%) Rick has SCIENCE bonus (access to Tier 1 science recipes without Science Machine) and CAN'T craft nor open magic recipes.
--On LOW SANITY (<40%) Rick has MAGIC bonus (access to Tier 1 magic recipes without Prestihatitator) and CAN'T craft nor open science recipes.
--On AVERAGE SANITY (40%-75%) Rick has no bonus science nor magic tiers, but can craft recipes of both.
- [NEW (2020)] Has a huge variety of inventions; available from Engineering tab.



- Spawns a portal that leads to a random location on the map.
- Portals disappear in 16 seconds after using them.
- Portals have a 10% chance to spawn hostile mobs! These monster portals don't lead anywhere, they're basically dead ends.
- There is a 5% chance for monster portal to appear when Rick crafts an item.
- Portals can be stabilized.
[NEW (2020)] - Has 2 modes now: Random Destination (opens portal to a random spot on the map); Telepad Focus (opens portal to randon Telepad).

CRAFTING RECIPE (Science Tab): 12 gears, 1 green gem, 3 electric doodads.
REFILLING (from less effective to most): lightbulb; nightmare fuel; Glommer goop, red gem, blue gem; purple gem.
[NEW] STABILIZING PORTAL: Use electric doodads to stabilize green portals. Stabilized portal changes its color from green to blue and can exist for longer time. One electric doodad per each portal is enough.
[NEW] EXTENDING BLUE PORTAL LIFETIME: lightbulb; nightmare fuel; Glommer goop; red gem; blue gem; purple gem.


- When Rick gets drunk, he has extra bonus for attack and damage resistance.
- Attack and damage resistance depend on the level of drunkenness: the drunker Rick gets, the stronger he becomes.
- Being drunk causes him to lose sanity faster.
- When Rick gets sober, he's groggy, slows down, and loses all drunken buffs.


Used to brew and drink booze.

CRAFTING RECIPE (Scence Tab): 2 cutstones, 1 purple gem.
REFILLING (from less effective to most): birchnut, carrot, berries; juicy berries, honey; watermelon, pomegranade, cave banana; dragon fruit, mandrake.


- Shoots Terrorbeaks at foes!
- Terrorbeaks will keep attacking foes for a while.
- Terrorbeaks can't damage players.


- Allows Rick to pickup multiple items in one click (harvesting nearby bushes and saplings, pick multiple flowers, etc).
- Increases attack range.
- Increases attack speed.
- Gives strong grip thus Rick won't drop hand equipped items due of wetness.
- Consumes fuel while turned on.
- Can not be activated from backpack!


- Increases speed by 15%.
- Allows Rick to ignore some ground slowdown effects (spider web).
- Consumes fuel while turned on.
- Can not be activated from backpack!


- Allows Rick to teleport at small distances forward in direction he is currently facing.
- Random short-distance teleport will happen every time Rick gets attacked. This is always active if item is in the main inventory slot.
- Can not be activated from backpack!

- Catapult
- Spotlight
- Generators (can be used to recharge Portal Gun, Augments, Terrorgun, Flicker; charges up Spotlights and Catapults)
- Telepad Focus (focuses Portal Gun)
-Telebrella (teleport to closest Telepad)
- Thumper (creates a local earthquake to destroy trees/rocks in its range)
