1. Get into a squat position.

2. Pop your booty outward, like you're about to sit.

3. Shake your booty right to left, or up and down.

4. Keep the upper half of your body stable.

5. Mix it up with other twerking styles.

You must get thicc

#2 rule for being a better twerker, you must be super thicc, just like Jack Tinadel.

How to get thicc

1. Do lots of squats

2. Do lots of Cardios and running.

3. Take supplements

4. Use lotions (idk why but upon hours of research, appareantly it helps)
