Better Clothes

Beskrivning
I have always hated that clothes in Skyrim are pointless. They were added purely for decoration, which bothers me since they don't serve any practical purpose. So I have created Better Clothes.

Now clothes will have armor values, there will be both heavy and light clothes, and they will have enchantments on them pertaining to what kind of clothes they are. This of course means that clothes will also cost more money, since they are now more useful. A new source of income for members of a certain Guild maybe. . . (NOTE: I am required by the Jarl of Solitude and High King of Skyrim to state here definitively that I do not condone the illegal acts of any Guilds that partake in said illegal acts)

IMPORTANT NOTE: This mod is incompatible with my Better Hammerfell Garb mod or any other mods that modify clothes in any way besides appearance.

Remember to give a rating! It helps spread the mod and allows me to get more feedback from more people.

@CaffieneShadow SkyUI 5. Highly recommended. It also helps with mod compatibility and configuration

what menu mod did you use?

@mutant You can download the Skyrim Creation Kit and load this mod into it to edit the prices. As well as any other aspects of the game. It's pretty simple to use and there are some good tutorial videos on Youtube.

is there any way to dabble with the files ? i'd like to tweak some prices that are a bit high for early gameplay

thanks a bunch mate,
btw, good idea about the bonuses depending on what the clothes are for, could be extended to the whole item pool to be honest. Anyway, subbed and rated.

@mutant I think it needs SKSE, but I'm not 100% on that. Plus you should have SKSE anyways if you use a lot of mods

@mutant The mod is called SkyUI 5. I got it from the Skyrim Nexus, but I think it is in the Steam Workshop
