Level
1 - 20: Fullfil the objectives (bottom left box), advance evolution via natural selection until you reach the last level

Only a few are tricky. Most notably one where the objective changes every 10 seconds and thus cannot be fulfilled. Go to one of the menus at the top and open the objective box there. The text there, telling you to go back to the main screen, will slowly build up more and more exclamation marks after the objective. Wait app. a minute and go back to the main game screen to find the objective fulfilled.

All other objectives are self-explaining or require some "knowledge" about the elements.
Upgrading
Upgrades can be bought in the UPGRADES menu (F1). Altogether there are 636 upgrades. Getting additional upgrades from the planet does not affect the total count.

Diversity
Compounds can be bought in the EVOLUTION menu (F2), which needs to be unlocked with some atoms. Buy the “Slots” upgrade in the UPGRADE menu to get up to four different compound buying options. After 5:00 minutes the options change automatically, but you can also click on “NEW request” to change the options after 3:00 minutes. Altogether there are 21 different compounds. Each one has to be bought at least once. In the Compounds menu (mid-right) you can see which ones you already bought.

Zones
Zones can be upgraded in the ZONES menu (F3), which needs to be unlocked with some atoms. You get 1 point per second for each active zone. A zone is active, when all elements in it have at least one extractor. The best options for permanent activation are “Diatomic monmetal”, “Polyatomic nonmetal” and “Alkali metal” as these zones are relatively small and contain many elements that you need for buying compounds (“H”, “C”, “N”, “O”, “F”, “S”, “Na”, “K”, …). Altogether you can buy 1100 bonus upgrades. After buying all bonus upgrades you don’t need to activate zones ever again. There is also one planet upgrade (Devonian) that gives you one permanent point per second.

Transactions
Transactions can be made in the EXCHANGE menu (F4), which needs to be unlocked with some atoms. You exchange one element into another one, thereby losing a few percent during the exchange. The exchange rate can be upgraded in the UPGRADE menu up to 95% (you will always lose at least 5% in any transaction). This option will come in handy when you gather knowledge for each individual element in the KNOWLEDGE menu. To get the exam points quickly, click on the options “ALL” and “SPLIT” to spread the amount of atoms evenly across all elements (only do this when you have a high exchange rate).

Knowledges
Transactions can be made in the EXCHANGE menu (F5), which needs to be unlocked with some atoms. Spending the atoms of one element for its own progression, the element will get an individual bonus up to 100% (a double in production). The number of atoms you have to pay for each element depends on their number of protons. You need to upgrade an element to 10% to unlock the next one. After 10 and 25 fully known elements you get the options to shoot (press a button instead of the green tiles) and to auto-shoot (press once, it will invest as much as possible), however these make the costs a little higher.

Reserve
The RESERVE menu (F6) needs to be unlocked with some atoms, it is the last one to unlock. Here, reserving a certain percentage (up to 30%) of each element’s production will fund the creation of reserve points. These can be spent to improve e.g. the waiting time between quizzes or the attempts in mini games. To get points quickly, invest all earned points into “MAX %” and then increase the percentage of reserved atoms in each element to boost the funding. After getting all 30 points, set the reserve rate back to 0%. You can also get some points via planet upgrades, however, these do not count for the exam points.

Put extractors on different elements. It does not need to be at the same time (there are not enough extractors for all elements). Alternatively, you can also split atoms among all elements in the EXCHANGE menu (F4) to get the exam points. You unlock all 118 elements by buying zones in the UPGRADES menu (F1).

Collector
Compounds appear once in a while on the main game screen. Every time five compounds show up one after the other and disappear after a few seconds. Some seem to be rarer, esp. Copper(II) sulfate. Wait for the later ones (they are more complex) and click on them if you don’t have them already, else click on one that looks new to you. If you know which ones are missing (you see them in the Compounds menu, mid-right) and they don’t show up, try to focus on a single compound, because there is also one exam point for clicking one compound 20 times. In the RESERVE menu (F6) you can lower the waiting time by investing in “REPOP”. Also, get the “Alert Compound popup” in the Ordovician period to get a warning sign every time compounds are about to show up. Thus, you won’t miss them when you are not on the main game screen. However, if you play actively, choose the “2 more compounds pop” option. Altogether there are 21 different compounds. Each one needs to be clicked at least once.

Note: I couldn't find Copper(II) sulfate (CuSO4) until I activated the “2 more compounds pop” option.

Minigame
Minigames appear once in a while on the main game screen. Quiz is by far the most common one. The waiting time between quizzes can be reduced in the reserve menu. There you can also buy upgrades that make the minigames a bit easier. Get “Alert Minigame popup” or “more frequently minigames” in the Quaternary period.

Win in minigame arkanoid
Breakout Clone with periodic elements. You need to shoot all 118 elements before you run out of balls. Try to shoot the ball against the sides to make it go above the elements. To win the game you don’t need to catch the elements, but catching them brings permanent bonus to their production. The game can be activated when a blue ball shows up in the background of the main game screen. Click on it.r
88
Win in the minigame hole card
In this game, you need to compare the number of protons of two elements. To get the exam point you need to compare all 118 elements FLAWLESSLY. Open a period table to check the numbers, there is no time limit. The game can be activated if you click on a slightly wiggling element tile, which happends rather rarely.
89
Win in the minigame matching
It is a game of memory where half of the tiles show an elements' names and the other half their symbol. There is no time limit, but you only have a certain amount of tries. You can take notes in an excel sheet or on a piece of paper. To get the exam point, you need to finish all 15 levels (with usually 10 elements each) after you unlocked all 118 elements. To access the game you need to click an appearing tile that is not an element. Usually it appears in the gap after “Ba”, disguised as a lime green tile (see picture below).

95
Tight
6 extractors in the same element. (This one is tricky! Best try it on H or He. Put one extractor top left corner as far away from the center as possible, then the same in the top right corner. Fit one extractor in their middle, a little lower. When all three fit, repeat the same for a second row below.
96
Cover
14 extractors under the buffer. (You can use both buffers combined. It is easy to fit at least twelve extractors under a single buffer if you put its center between four elements.)
97
afk
Mouse over the same extractor for 1 hour (Hover over one element’s extractor for over one hour without a break. Just put your mouse over one extractor and go watch some videos on auto-play.)
98
Shutdown
Stop production when there are 15+ extractors (Put all extractors aside. Easiest when you save an empty formation in the very beginning as slot 3 and then go back to your saved formation you are currently using.)
99
Traveler
Move the extractors 500,000 pixels. (Take one and pull it from “He” to “Fr” or “H” to “Og”. It does not have to be the same extractor and the movements add up over the duration of your playthrough. You may get this exam point without trying if you move your extractors a lot.)
100
Segregation
Move all extractors to the same zone, when there are 20 or more. (Every zone with at least 5 elements works. Else, transition metals (the lime green zone) has a lot of space.
101
Multiethnic
Put 1 extractor in each zone. (There are 11 zones. Put at least one in each zone.
