In her nether regions
Go with Sirrah
Buy a coffee

Not Again / Lolicon

For Not Again simply load the second episode which is available as paid DLC in the steam store.

For Lolicon

Not Now
Attack her
Let them both stay
Kiss Lincei
Buy ice cream for myself
Buy 2 Adult Tickets
It's fine

Episode 3

Good end

Ask her
How about my bed?
Can you help me, Lincei?
Have fun
Mention the dream
Stay on board
Why not?

Bad End

...and then load up a new game and choose all of the opposite choices to recieve bad ending and the achievement We're all mad here

Episode 4

Start the new episode.
Finish the new episode.
Much like a Telltale game, the choices don't matter.

Episode 5

Both new achievements are "secret."

...just pick the first option.
beat the game.
... pick the second option
beat the game again...
you're done.

If you are experiencing an error claiming Episode 5 not found; install the DLC from the Episode 5 DLC discussion thread on the forums
here

The developer has stated that Episode 5 would be the last episode.
I guess that's it then. *shrug*

Choices do actually matter. Not sure if you need to do ALL the opposite choices, but in Episode 4, there's also a BAD ending.
Doesn't give you another achievement, but gives another picture.
