COMPATABLE WITH IN PROGRESS GAMES

I thought it weird that Utopia didnt bring a megastructure that increase mineral output. I know that you can spam habitats with mineral structures but that isnt always an option in more populated games; your rescources are limited. So I took it upon myself to create a mineral megastructure for other people to enjoy :)

*WARNING*
It MAY be slightly over powered in some people's opinions, based on feedback I will adjust the mineral output of the complex.

It is essentially a Dyson Sphere that outputs minerals. Same mechanics, it can only be built in systems without habitable worlds, and only around certain stars. It will still turn all planets to frozen planets upon completion. The mineral output numbers are as follows:
Complex Site: No Output
Complex Frame: 50 Minerals
Complex Partial 1: 100 Minerals
Complex Partial 2 :250 Minerals
Complex Partial 2: 500 Minerals
Complex Complete: 1000 Minerals

THIS MOD DOES NOT OVERWRITE ANY FILES, IT SHOULD BE COMPATABLE WITH OTHER UTOPIA BASED MODS
