Introduction
Here is a simples guide to gets all (or almost since it's an always work in progress) achievement of the game and eventually some tips!
Some are pretty easy, just read it to get the geral idea; but other I believe everyone have some struggle due the very discreets elements or lore stuffs to find.

This guide maybe have or not some spoilers, so I advise to be careful and use index at right if don't want to know more that would like.

If you REALLLYYYYY don't mind spoiler, the next topic is the ultimate map with the location of all important stuffs, like lore points, location of puzzles, where each portal leads to, poisonous fruit points, hidden doors, and whatever is necessary.

The subject of the guide may change over time, I will register in this section all the new updates.
But first some tips!
As I play the game, I noticed some stuff, like:

  • The game consider a playthrought your save slot;
  • Your save slot counts how many people have see you and how many times you die;
  • You can have a Pacifist route in this game (see the Merciful Achievement);
  • If you want the Merciful Achievement, do NOT pull the levers on the prison;
  • Walking on water make you more notable;
  • Walking on pools of blood don't make you visible;
  • You can kill the Targets with poison;
  • To use poison, you need to be in Stealth Mode;
  • Secret doors are only visible in Stealth Mode;
  • Some fruits/stuffs are only visible in Stealth Mode;
  • The Character will have "..." or "?" above it's head to point out if have something to say about the scenario/etc., however, you need to be close to the object/etc. for the dialogue be available;
  • Gateways are show as blue Mandalas on the map;
ULTIMATE SPOILER MAP! (spoiler alert)
If you just don't care about Spoiler, below is a map with everything you need. It points all important stuffs, like lore points, location of puzzles, where each portal leads to, poisonous fruit points, hidden doors, and whatever is necessary.

First, Common Castle Map:

And last, Old Castle Zone Map:

Hunter

Found the Persian Spear.

Well, it's one of you main objectives, to advance in game you will end up finding the Spear. The path is kind off straight forward, so just explore and have fun!
Champion

Found the Broken Scimitar

The second main objective, this one, actually, you can delay a little longer in order to explore more the Map and Lore of the game.

It's in the Northwest part of the Castle. There is two ways to acess the weapon: The Fire Wall and Follow the Fool. Which one have it's own puzzle, but if you want to access the Gateway (blue mandala) in this area you need resolve the riddles in both routes (the Twin Riddles).

If you want the Merciful achievement, doesn't matter the path you take. I warn it since sometimes death look the only way to do sh*t, and the game always show you an alternative. In this specific case you can avoid death in both routes.

Below are resolution for which route, but if you want open all Gateway in the game I strongly recomend see the Blessed achievement when you find a Riddle.

The Fire Wall
To find the Fire Wall, look for... a wall of magic fire! It's easy to find, the servants also talk about it. So, when you find it Your Character will tell how magic it is and comment that should be a way to extinguish the fire. To find a neutralize go to the first lab you find... but through the back door.

To access the Labs Back Door, go to the North Pool of the map, there is an Magenta Portal with a disc puzzle. I can't help with this because don't know how to resolve it. Do as I do: just rotate it and evetually it's work!

It will leed you to a space between dimensions with some quick run puzzle. It's easy to pass it, just need to run a lot and push some levers. At the end of it, you'll be at the Common Castle area close to the lab, but there is a new door is available. The levers you pushed open this path.

This new path is pretty dark and full of traps, so be carefull! Inside there is an item calls Hematite (blue X). Take it with you since it's need to make the neutralizer. At the next room there is 2 guards: one walk on circle and other waiting. They will talk about a third guard who enter a locked room (the labs backdoor) to search something but takes to much time. If you wait, the impatient guard will open the door, so just follow him. If you are the impatient one just kill one of the guard (or two, doesn't matter) and the guard inside will go out.

Inside the room are some papers, a lever that open the grid and the Neutralizing Powder Recipe. With this recipe you can extinguish the fire, but it ask for a new element to add on the alchemical set: the Hematite. Just interact with the set to make the Character put the Hematite on it. The recipe mostly help you with the puzzle, but if you have trouble look the image at left, it's the puzzle solved.

Go back, extinguish the fire, follow the path eventually you will find the Twin Riddle, but you don't need to make it to access the Scimitar. Find a flooded room by push a lever and in this room you find a lot of guards and a quicktime lever. You can either run to the door as soon as you push the lever or take your time by kill the guards.

In an hidden door on the next room you find the target. If you don't find the door, just walk in stealth mode and it will show up.

Follow the Fool
Shall we start with spoilers? Ok, the Fools dies. That's way I put up the warn about avoid death and bla bla bla. When you first enter the West Pool two servants are talking. They are talking about how ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ their crazy boss is the corridor is blocked with fire and the other door is locked. One have the bright idea to seek the key of that door. Ladys and gentlemen, I introduce you The Fool! To avoid kill the Fool just don't listen their talk and go direct to the door at south. Simple, hm? But this make the path more difficult.

His friend stays as the Fool go the door at the south. By follow him, eventually you end up in a room with ink traps, a puddle, pikes, two guards, a lever and a grid. The Fools talk the key is the room locked with the grid, to open it you have to pass the ink traps, the pikes and don't alert the guards (or kill the guards).

I have tip to this one: if you are close to the hit box of the ink trap, it won't reach you. Just wait the ink stop and go for the lever. After push it, the guards will start to move. Be carefull to not bump on ther or when walk on water since you are more notable on it.

As soon you open the grid, the Fool enter the room, pick up the key and leave, however you have to accompany him to trick the event. Back at the West Pool, the Fool open the door as his friend calls him crazy and something like "You will die"... Yep!

There are three rooms until you reach the key. The first two are easy, just walk with care and try no to die by spikes or be visible. But the third room...

As soon as you enter it, get down or up on the room because the doors opens above an ink trap and there is a guard that trigger it time to time. There is a lever that open the grin door, open this beforehand to save time (and your life if you are doing the Merciful Achievement). If you don't mind deaths, kill the guard... Really, it'll make things easy. The Fool go to a door at the north of the room that leads to a plave FULL of spikpe traps and, well, he kind of step on it and... die. Yeah, sad, I know.

Pick up the key, try no to step on spikes, get out. If you didn't kill the guard, it will saw you and alert the others guards... Yeah, ♥♥♥♥. You can run to the grin door that you supposly open beforehand (that's how I avoid confront) or you can try tank the guards (good luck).

When out, you find yourself at the North Pool if look at the map. Search for a red door with the Sulphur symbol and the key will be used automatically we you interact with it. Inside the red door there is a guard and a quicktime lever. Just run and avoid the guard works, but feel free to kill it. At the next room you will find the one of the Twin Riddles, but you don't need to make it to access the Scimitar. Find a lever, active it and go to a flooded room. In there you find a lot of guards and a quicktime lever. You can either run to the door as soon as you push the lever or take your time by kill the guards.

In an hidden door on the next room you find the target. If you don't find the door, just walk in stealth mode and it will show up.
Mystic

Found the Silver Sword.

The last target, means the end of the game in many way, so make sure had finish whatever you want before take the sword.

This weapon is one of the main quest in the game, so whatever you do, eventually will leads here. So don't worry about this achievement and have fun, you eventually will get it.
Tool

Finished the game with the regular ending

The Regular Ending consists in not pick up the Nordist Instrument, the Hexadecachoron (green thing), and kill all the Targets. Believe me, you will know when you pick up the green stuff, the Character talks about it a lot, so don't worry.

If you already have the Hexadecachoron, that's mean you have to begin a new Save Game in order to achieve it, but worry not! You can achieve the Tool in +-15 min (I try): Just go kill all the Target and do nothing more.
Blessed

Found the Hexadechachoron.
Blessed is a prerequisite to the Actor Achievement, so 2 in 1, yeahhh!

If you want to resolve a specific Riddle, I recomend you to jump the explanation below and search the one you struggle. Each Riddle have a title and a image to identify it.

This one is trick.
And a WIP I must say (sorry).
The Character secret quest, to find the Hexadechachoron, explore the Old Castle Zone available by the Gateways (blue), find the itens of the Fountain Mechanism and resolve it. The Character will leads you to the green instrument location.

In the Common Castle Map (just your normal map) the Gateways are show as blue Mandalas and they teleport the Character to another plain I like to call Old Castle Zone. In this parrallel plane you can find the mechanism that lock the Hexadechachron and it tools/keys, but it's not so easy to resolve it.

You can only open the Gateways through the Commom Castle area, there is no way to go to a Gateways to another inside the Old Castle Zone unless it's already unlocked. Plus, all Gateways have a Riddle/Puzzle to solve in order to active it and that's the trick part.

By the lore fo the game there are 5 Gateways in the Common Castle, but one is disabled since the sorcerer exploded the room on an attempt to activate it . You can find 1 in the north-west area, 2 in the north-east area, probably because it's the last place you explore in the game, and the main one in the Main Pool area.

If you want to see where they are located, here is a image in spoiler mode: They are in blue, btw.

See, you need explore almost the entire map to find the Gateways as also read the Riddle to trick it event (I test it). Some Gateways are only avaliable by the magenta Portal Doors, which is hard too to find depending on the case. Other are in secret rooms (Twin Riddle). To make the scenario harder, there is no map in thoses plains (Gateways and Portals). If you have a poor spatial location like me, is easy to forget where a portal lead to which room and stuff, so be aware.

Inside the Old Castle Zone, all Gateways have it own path that guides the player to a Main Room where can be found the Fountain Mechanism and a big teleport to the Commom Castle Map. To activate the Mechanism, place 3 bottles with different contents on the right spots. The spots are easy to find, they are on the cardinal sides of the room and be close to one makes the character exame it (? on it's head). Again, all bottles are found inside this plain, so no need to search for it on Commom Castle or in the magenta Portals.

The Bottles are: Bottle with Wine; Bottle with Water; Bottle with Milk; Bottle with Honey.

To fully active them, you have to walk it path to the end until find the teleport to the Main Room. Some have multiple rooms, so you may be confuse wander on them.

I made a map of the Old Castle Zone, you can find it below and in it own chapter at the menu in the right. It's on spoiler mode:
It's kind off confusing, but I hope you get it.

Assuming you are lost or having trouble with the Riddles, below are tips, location and the resolve for each Gateway and Bottles. Navigate carefully in the list below, and just look at the one the names match your trouble. It's still a WIP, please be gently with me, the Blessed is the most important achievement and need a lot of steps to be complete.

The Twin Riddles
Strongly recommend that you look at the Champion Achievement if you have trouble at find where are the Riddles.
The Gateway of the Twin Riddles will lead to a Bottle (don't remember which one).

You have 2 path to find the Broken Scimitar and in the end of each there are a Riddle to the Twin Riddles. The nice thing about this one is the rooms with the riddles are connected by a corridor, but there are grid doors blocking the way. You have to walk both paths in ordem to access the level that open those grid doors and subsequently the corridor. The corridor is important because it leads to a Gateway when the Twin Riddles are resolved.

The rooms are differents but the mechanism behind the riddles are not. The riddles stand out beautifully at the wall, in front of them there is a... goat? adax? springbok? and some push buttons at the ground. Everytime you walks above one, they light up and do a continuous sound. There are levels too, and one of them opens the grid doors of the corridor.

The riddles talks about how their brother/sister sings so well, and how nice is to sing together, etc. Which means: it's a riddle about sound and parity. In ordem to finish the Twin Riddle, you have to synchronize the sound of each room.

If you can't listen, I will make it visual: find a mirror pattern. You can light up 3 buttons in each room. You have to make a parity for it to works. We you find the correct pattern, the goats...? and the blue candles will light up, and at the corridor a new room will arise.

If you are a very lazy person (or it's just too difficulty), below are the resolve of the Twin Riddle.

To be sincere, I'm not sure if you have to follow this pattern or just make a pattern the simple synchronize. I hope you guys give me the answer.

A Fire Riddle
(WIP, sorry!)

A Star Riddle
(WIP, sorry!)

The Smoke Riddle
(WIP, sorry!)
Actor

Finished the game with the true ending.
Blessed Achievement is a prerequisite to the Actor, so 2 in 1, yeahhh!

  1. Go pick the Nordist Instrument (see the Blessed Achievement).
  2. Have you pick it? Good! Now go get the Silver Sword (the Character will tell when you find it)!
  3. Ok? Okay, the Character will tells you where to go, but if you forgot (wat), go the the room blocked by the Contract:

    So... After some cinematics and stuffs, look around, examine everything and... enjoy the True Ending!

Invisible

Finished the game without being seen once by guards or civilians.

Whatever you do:
  • Don't touch people. Imagine: you are walking in the castle doing whatever your master put you to do, and suddenly you feel a feathery thing practically running over you... Yeah, sorry, even without noises I would know if something invisible do it to me.
  • Make sounds only when necessary. This castle is strange as f**k. People just wake up in the castle and now have to work as servant to a man who left poisonous fruits all over the place because he likes to make experiments, so the servants expect something bizarre to happen.

    Noises is a part of it, don't be afraid to be loud when necessary, just don't over do it and pay attention to the symbols over the servants heads, like ?! , ? , !!!.

    ?! Notices something strange, but don't know what it is;
    ? "Maybe was just my imagination";
    !!! Bad symbol, means you screw up.

    Surprisingly die is a solution since you go back to your last save point.
  • If you like to kill people, use poison, but if possible don't kill people, make it more simple (and you can combo with the Merciful Achievement).
  • Be carefull with ink and blood, it makes you more visible, even with just 25%. Walks on top of blood pool don't make you visible;
  • Be carefull when waking over water, the servant see the water moving or it makes noises, doesn't matter. Be in Stealth Mode make the Character less notable, but still perceptible. So if they have the ?! over their head, just stop and wait it vanish.

Interesting point: your save slot counts how many people have see you, so it's a good indicative to know if you screw up or not.

There are parts of the game that is almost impossible to not be seen(there is a Gateway that requires you to be seen - 25% - in ordem to active), but as always, there is a way to make it less troublesome, however I need to do some test first in order to give the corrects tips.
Merciful

Killed no humans, except for the targets, on a single playthrough.

My favorite. Sounds simple, but is not.

First, the game consider a playthrought your save slot.

Well... don't kill people. You can play the full game, do everything that don't includes hurt people (except the Targets) and finish it. Even when you doesn't see, there is another solution. The game was made to be played both as Genocide Route as Pacifist Route. The key is to explore the map and know where are you going.

So:
  • Noise makes guards leave their posts;
  • Bump into the civils it's ok (the guards too, but they try to kill you);
  • If you see people on jail, don't try save them (the levels active a trap that kills them), even if they ask;
  • If memory doesn't fail me, let people kill themself doesn't count (they are stupid, you just follow them or was there. But if you don't want them to die, well there is another way!) (See the Champion Achievement);
  • Wooden Guards are not human, but... better leave them alone;
  • Jackal Guardsare technically half-human hm... better leave them alone too;

If you really don't want anyone to die (Targets not include), the stupid people who kill themself can be save! Below how you can do it, just put your mouse over the black bar.

The Fool who accidentally kill himself is this guy:
His friend even said that is a bad idea, but the man don't want to listen. But as I mention there is literally another way:
Extinguish the fire and he give up the idea to pick up the key... The Champion Achievement explain how to avoid the Fool's death. But making things short, don't wait them finish their talk, go to the door at south.

And

There is the oldest servant of the castle and he talks to a young one about his life, the castle and it master. He dies after done talking. It's very interesting scene, expland a lot of thing. But watch he dying don't count to this achievemente. You are just... there. If you still want to avoid it, just go to another room and don't listen their talk.
Constrained

Used no poison attacks during an entire playthrough.

Well, it expland itself...

First, the game consider a playthrought your save slot.

Don't know you, but I always forgot one important thing: To use poison, you need to be in Stealth Mode. I always stealth, so when I kill people they are... poised. So be carefull...

Andddd you can kill the targets with poison, one more time, be carefull!
Glutton

Used all poison chargers on a single playthrough.

First, the game considers a playthrough your save slot.

There are some fruits with mercury and stuffs that the Sorcerer left to charger up your poison(or not, since he is a mad scientist and want you as his servant). At the begginning of the game, it explained about the fruits and the Character point out everytime you examine one. The servants even talks how dangerous it's to eat, so is hard to miss them.

The fruits that are poisoned have this purple strange color and fills up your poison charger in only 1 dose. If the charger is full, the Character won't eat fruits. When you kill the Targets, they will level up your poison charger by 1 as well fullfil the dose. You can kill the Tagets with poison, but since they fullfill your charger bar, you won't even notices. To use poison, you need to be in Stealth Mode, remember it when kill people (I always forgot).

Be aware: when you pick up all weapons (Spear, Scimitar and Sword), you will metabolizar their poison and creat a new onethat allows you to numb people instead of killing them. After that, the Character will not be enable to eat the fruitssince it charger will always be full. So, to pick up this achievemente, you need to do it before take the Silver Sword.

Some poisonous fruits are invisible to eyes, you need to be in Stealth Mode to see them. Even running around very loudly, the Character will have the classic "..." or "?" in it's head to point it have something to say about the scenario, however, you need to be close to the object for the dialogue be available.

There are fruits in secret rooms that it's door is only visible in Stealth Mode. Again, the Character will always tells when something is different if close to a hidden place, like "I feel an airflow here".

All fruits are found in the Common Castle Map, there is no need to try find them in the Warp Zone (inside the magenta portal) or in the Old Castle/Gateways Zone.

If you have miss some poison point, below is the full map with all poison locations. Click on it to make it bigger.

Clean

Killed only using poison attacks on a single playthrough.

First, the game considers a playthrough your save slot.
Second, to use poison, you need to be in Stealth Mode.

Hm... Kill people with poison. No all of them, just some since the Character have limits charges. Eats the Poisonous Fruits charge your poison in 1 dose, but there are like, 9 fruits? So use it with care. Kill the Targets fullfill your poison charge and level up in 1 dose, use it at your advantage. Ah! You can kill them with poison.

Since it's kind of hard, below is a map with the location of all Poisonous Fruits:
Fighter

Killed 5 humans in a row while fully visible.

Sounds difficult, but it's not.
You have to kill humans, so it doesn't make a distinction between civilians and guards. If you have trouble with this, go kill easy targets, like the chatting boys in the corridor or the dancing girls in someplace.

Ah! Remember, Jackals and Wooden Guards are...well, not exactly human... yeah, so killing them probably doesn't count to this achivement (haven't test yet). They both don't look like humans too, so don't worry about hit them by accident.
Cruel

Kill all civilians, and only civilians, on a single playthrough.

Well, the game consider a playthrought your save slot.

It's explaind itself, poor little humans!
If you don't know who are the civilians, they are very colorful, don't carry weapons and are the ones who flee or try to hidden.

Here's what they look like:
Swordsman

Kill all human guards, and only guards, on a single playthrough.

First, the game considers a playthrough your save slot.
But well, just kill the guards! I do believe kills Jackal Guards and Wooden Guards is a OK, but must confesse I'm not sure. Targets don't screw up this achievement.

The guards are the humans carrying weapons. Different from the civilians, they always use an uniform (black or purple) and won't run away from you, in true, they gonna try kill you, be carefull when deal with them!

If don't know who are the guards (wat), here is how they look like:
Misogynist

Kill all the women, and only women, on a single playthrough

First, the game considers a playthrough your save slot.

I don't test it, but better not kill the Jaguar Guards and Wood Guards, ok?

If you don't now who are the woman in this game, here is their are:

Maybe the purple guard is a woman, but haven't test it yet:
?
Misandryst

Kill all the men, and only men, on a single playthrough.

First, the game considers a playthrough your save slot.

I don't test it, but better not kill the Jaguar Guards and Wood Guards, ok?

If you don't know who are the men, here how they look like:

Reaper

Killed all humans on a single playthrough.

For godsake, why???
The game consider a playthrought your save slot, so just kill everyone!
Slayer

Killed all Jackal Guards on a single playthrough.

First, the game considers a playthrough your save slot.

Jackal Guards are humanoid things with the body of human and head of dogs. (imagem soon) They only can be found in the Old Castle Zone, accessible by the Gateways (blue). If you're have trouble finding them means you're have trouble finding the Gateways.

There are 4 acccessible Gateways available. All are very trick to open/find and they come with a Riddle to expland how it's works. The Jaguar Guards stay in two rooms in the Gateway Zone (west and east portal in the main room of the Old Castle Zone), to see where you can find them, you can look at the map below, but it have spoilers.

Clueless

Try to use a poison attack on a Wooden Guard.

Wooden Guards look like... well wood! They even hollow instead of eyes and branches in their heads! To achieve Clueless, just hit some the Wooden Guard with poison. Remember: To use poison, you have to been in Stealth Mode.

If you have trouble to kill them for real, that's another story (see a really good tip below).

Go to location below and an event will be trigger giving you a lore information and expland how to kill the Wooden Guards.:

If you just want the answer, there it is: See the each Wood Guard have a number of eyes? Kill them in ordem: first the one eye Wood Guard, second the two eyes Wood guard, etc. If you screw up, they will just respawn.

If for some reason you have difficult in find them, tell me. I will put their position on the map.
Detective

Investigated all Remarks on a single playthrough.
The Blessed and Actor achievements are prerequisites, so 3 in1, wow!

First, the game considers a playthrough your save slot.

Maybe the most difficult, you have to find every important lore stuff. Majority are found by examining letters/objects/stuffs; Some you have to trigger events (like The Spell); And last, there are Remarks only acessible by Hidden Doors, Portals(magenta) and Gateways(blue). I strongly recomend do the Wanderer Achievement together with this since you need to walk around a lot to find everything.

There are 32 in total and you start with 2 (How to Play and Contract). The Persian Spear, The Broken Scimitar, The Silver Sword, Inflammable Potion Recipe, are constants since you need them to finish the game. To get this achievement, however, you need the True Ending, so add A Corpse, The Twin Riddles (need read this to open the Gateway), The Hexadecachoron, The Copper Pomegranate, and The Lesser Key of Solomon to this list.

Since you need to pickup the True Ending, go see the Blessed and Actor Achievement first. The Blessed shows some tips there.

Some papers/stuffs are found in the same room, so be aware to not miss them. Here the list with all the papers:

  1. How to Play
  2. Contract
  3. The Persian Spear
  4. The Broken Scimitar
  5. The Silver Sword
  6. Inflammable Potion Recipe

If you have trouble in your search, below is the Common Castle Map and the Old Castle Map with all 32 remarks and their location.

The Common Castle Lore Map:

The Old Castle Lore Map:

Mastermind

Solved all puzzles on a single playthrough.

The game considers a single playthrough you game slot.

Well... Solve all the puzzles!

To be sincere, I'm not sure what the game considers as puzzle: Riddle? the magenta disco? pushing buttons on the ground? pushing levels?

Maybe everything that sounds challenger enough, but the problem is: everyone have different struggles in live. I will search for more information and bring here.
Wanderer

Completed the map on a single playthrough
Awesome Achievement is a prequisites to the Wanderer, so go get it!

First, the game considers a playthrough your save slot;
Second, the game considers map the one you can see (waat) (just open you ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ map);
Third, as I said, you need the Awesome Achievement to complete this one since it involve a place in the map, or as I like to say, Common Castle Map;
And Fourth, you can have this Achievement even after pick up the Actor Achievement, just reload your old save and wander around (without die, ok?).

Well, this achievement consist explore every common place of the castle. I considers common place the one you can see in your map. The Warp Zone (magenta Portals) and the Old Castle Zone (blue Gateways) doesn't counts to this achievement, because in those planes there is no map (just a big mandala).

There are rooms only accessible by pass through the magenta Portals; some are hidden to the eyes, but not in the Stealth Mode; and others you need to complete puzzle/events to open them. Different of those who use Keys or Levels, this rooms listed below have some special mechanism that may involve: listen to the servants (or kill them); wait (or kill the guards); help the servant (to kill himself); read lore stuffs; knows wat hell is the Konami Code a.k.a. the Awesome Achievement, etc;

The Rooms that need special mechanism (those mentioned above) to open or access are: (a,b,c,d....). Since I don't want to screw up your game, every puzzle/event/secret are ocult, so look at it name/image (a,b,c,d...) to see the one you search.

I won't list the Keys or Levels here, since most of them you need to advence in the story. If you don't mind Spoiler or whatever, see the lore + keys + levels location on the Commom Castle Map in the very bottom of this section, it's helps too.

a - Secret Door at the very beginning
b - Explosive Poweder (Go to the lab)
c - Poor guy that want to kill himself
d - Listen the story of a old man
e - The Wall of Fire
f - Listen the Guards Complain
g - The Twin Riddle
h - The Wooden Guards
i - The Moving Rooms
j - The Second Lab
k - Dev's Room (Konami Code)

The Commom Castle Maps is below, click on it to make it bigger.
The map may have some updates in the future
Speedster

Got to the true ending in under 40 minutes.

So, true ending... True ending... F**k.
To be sincere, never did this one. The developer says is possible and easy, I guess I'm too slow. For now, my only tip is: Go pick the Actor Achievement so you know what are you doing before hand.
Please, if you know a fast and easy way to do it, tell me.
Impervious

Finished the game with no deaths.

REALLY DIFFICULT. SERIOUSLY, WHY? ♥♥♥♥, good luck in this one.

Just don't die EVER in your gameplay... I mean, your save slot.
The best tip I can gave is: play it slow, patiently, in stealth mode, and only do risk when necessary. I do believe the Normal Ending works to pick up this achievement that's mean just kill all Targets and nothing more, but not sure.
Awesome

Found the secret room.

Do the Konami Code in the Infinite Room in the Infinite Room at the Old Castle Zone (acessible by the blue Gateways).

About the Konami Code, quoting wikipedia[en.wikipedia.org]:

So, do this (less the B A part):

In this room at the Old Castle Zone:

If you don't know where to find the Infinite Room... Oh man. Do some Riddle. By doing them, you open a Gateway and access of the Old Castle Zone.

When you are inside the Old Castle Zone, go to the Main Room. In there, exist 9 gateway: one in each cardinal position and a big one in the middle. Go to the Northwest Gateway and follow it path into you find the Infinite Room. If you still confuse, look the map below (it's in Spoiler, just put the cursor over the black bar).

Makhor

Earned all achievements.

It named itself, so... GOOD F*CKING LUCK!
Conclusion
That's it!

My Achievement Guide to this game I like a lot!

It's a still WIP, so will update it time to time.

You see, that's the longest and hardest Guide I made so far, and different of other, it can trully help people with their strugle.

Probably spent more time than I would like making this, but had a lot of fun and I like to think it's a exercise about doing a good project organization.

If you see something strange or wrong, have trouble if some point, find some grammatical error, etc, tells me. I would be thankfull.

I hope you enjoy and see you in the next one!

Super glad you took the time to do this! Amazing to see someone engaging with our game so many years after release. (And I'm keeping up with the theme by writing this comment years after you posted the guide).
