Neptune/Purple Heart Wikia
"I'm Neptune! I'm the CPU of Planeptune!"

Neptune (ネプテューヌ Neputyūnu) is the human form of Purple Heart, the CPU of Planeptune, and also the main protagonist in Hyperdimension Neptunia who loses her memory after a terrible fight and is banished to Gamindustri. After crash landing, Neptune finds herself in the home of the nurse in training, Compa. Now she must try to rally the other Goddesses and fellow party members to come aid her in defeating the evil goddess, Arfoire.

Neptune is the older sister of Nepgear. In mk2, she is captured along with Blanc, Vert, and Noire, so their sisters must step up and rescue them. In Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory, Neptune is thrown into the past after being kicked out by Histoire for being lazy and not working for a few years prior.

Her dungeon ability, "Hammer Crush" allows Neptune to break any obstacle in her path in order to continue exploring or come by special items. Her default weapon of choice is a sword in human form and an Ōdachi when in her HDD form.
Uzume Tennouboshi
Uzume Tennouboshi (天王星うずめ Ten'nōboshi Uzume?) is a strong-minded and straightforward character. She will make her first appearance in Megadimension Neptunia VII in the Zero Dimension, one of the three dimensions, where she fights alone. Her identity and connection to Neptune and the other goddesses are unknown, but she will prove to be very important to all three chapters of the game's story.

As Uzume, she is strong-minded and straightforward, embodying a typical tough girl personality. As Orange Heart, she is more cheerful and less serious, with a personality more akin to a childlike idol singer. In a way, she is the complete opposite of Neptune, going from a more serious personality to a more childish one.
Neptune (Ultra Dimension)
This is an alternate version of the protagonist of the Hyperdimension Neptunia series, Neptune, whom comes from the Ultradimension. Unlike her counterpart, she is human and grown up. While only appearing in the after-credit scene of Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory, she is a major character in Megadimension Neptunia VII.

In Megadimension Neptunia VII she is a bug hunter that explores other dimensions. She uses a book called a Nep-Note which can store whole creatures and take notes alongside. If any creature she stores has a special ability, she can use that ability as long as the creature is in the Nep-Note.

For the most part, this Neptune is identical to Hyperdimension's Neptune. Just like her counterpart, this Neptune is careless and carefree. She'll jump head first into any situation dangerous or not, and does not bother to think about the possible consequences that await her. She is generally very affectionate to cuter people, and has tendencies to break the fourth wall. Neptune is often surprised easily and is a klutz, and she usually shows an eager and perky behavior.
Noire
Noire (ノワール Nowāru?), is the CPU who presides over Lastation. Considered to be an ideal goddess, she works on her own time and by herself, which leads to her getting ill or tired very easily. She tries to do too much at once by herself and refuses the help of others unless it's really important. It's revealed she plans to give up her position of Goddess through the games events, due to not wanting to interfere with the world's imperfect ways.

It's assumed her little sister Uni, would be the one to take over if this happened or even Kei Jinguji, who runs Lastation in mk2 when she is captured.

She had two forms in Victory: The Noire Neptune knows in her dimension and Noire who is friends with Plutia in the Ultradimension.

She plays the leading role of the spinoff game: Hyperdevotion Noire: Goddess Black Heart.

As stated, Noire is known as the ideal Goddess. She is very polite and generally respectful to everyone and puts her entire being into everything she does. However, she comes off as hard-headed due to only wanting to do things alone and without others, refusing their aid unless she has no choice. She only wants to bring improvement for the better, but she tries too hard and ends up either letting her efforts go to waste or simply making herself ill. This is when she will go to Gust for something to help with whatever is ailing her.
Vert
Vert (ベール Bēru?) is the human form of Green Heart, the CPU of Leanbox. She serves as a boss in game and eventual party member. After banishing Purple Heart to the world beneath Celestia, she and the other Hearts return to their normal lives.

Vert does not have a sister like the others, but she has a close relationship with Chika Hakozaki, who may or may not be related to her.

An obsessed video gamer, Vert is usually mature with a calm composure who generally seems to be friendly, but at the same time, Vert will usually put her desires and needs before more important things and seems tired more than rarely due to often playing video games instead of work.

Vert is considered to be the most mature of the group, though perhaps tying with Noire, who does twice as much work. She is known to be smart, and usually very calm and polite but one of the most immature members of the group, such as not really knowing anything much outside of her own landmass. She also isn't nearly as strong as she sees herself, but she does consider her people's needs and keeping peace a top priority, when not playing the latest RPG.
Blanc
"What the @#?* am I supposed to say to that?"
Blanc (ブラン Buran) is the human form of White Heart, the CPU of Lowee. She is a goddess who watches over the land and cares deeply for its people, including her little sisters Ram and Rom.

However, Blanc also has a violent temper and curses like a temperamental high school student when upset or angered. Which unfortunately for everyone else, is all the time. But normally she appears quiet and reserved, with a keen interest in writing.

Her weapon is a giant hammer/mallet that becomes an axe/maul upon transforming into White Heart.

A quiet and introverted girl, Blanc may seem to be lifeless and apathetic in comparison to others(with Neptune once comparing her to a doll). She enjoys simple hobbies such as reading during her spare time and writing, something she is overly passionate about and dreams of one day mastering as an author. However, unbeknownst to herself, she isn't very good at it and everyone struggles to be honest with her. While she cares deeply for her little sisters, they anger her (perhaps not as much as others) and most of her stress comes from not knowing how to act around them. As well as showing her softer side to others.
Nepgear
"I'm Planeptune's CPU Candidate! Nepgear!"

Nepgear (ネプギア Nepugia) is the human form of Purple Sister and Neptune's younger sibling. She first appears in mk2 and in the Manga.

In mk2, the CPU candidates are responsible for rescuing their older sisters. Much like her sister in the previous game, Nepgear is the main protagonist. She influences all endings featured in the game, as well as which party members join the game.

Nepgear and the others sisters make a returning appearance in Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory.

Nepgear uses a sword in human form. In HDD form she uses a gun blade.
Uni
"I'm Lastation's CPU Candidate! Uni!"

Uni (ユニ Yuni?) is the human form of Black Sister and one of the new main characters in Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2. The younger sister of Noire, Uni goes to help her sister along with the others to save the world.

Uni seems to be friendlier than Noire is, and befriends Nepgear quickly in the game until learning of her relation to Neptune. However, she is still very much a tsundere.

Uni fights with a big long-range assault rifle.

She returns in Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory.
Ram
Ram (ラム Ramu?) is the human form of a White Sister and the one of younger sisters of Blanc and twin sister of Rom . While both resemble their older sister, they resemble each other more so.

She is introduced in Hyperdimension Neptunia (aquired if the player has enough memory) and is one of the main characters in mk2, where she goes with the other sisters to save the Hearts. Ram is the more dominant sister and is pink-themed
Rom
Rom (ロム Romu?) is the human form of a White Sister and one of the younger sisters of Blanc and twin sister of Ram . While both resemble their older sister, they resemble each other more so.

She is introduced in mk2 and go with the other sisters to save the Hearts. Rom is shy and has a light blue theme.
IF
"I'm IF! A gust of beautiful wind that blows through Gamindustri!"
IF (アイエフちゃん, Aiefu-chan) is a guild member from one of the Basilicom who travels around the world. Through her travels she gained a wide range of knowledge but due to being alone for so long, she's become slightly selfish and hard-headed. However, since the beginning IF has lightened up and shows how friendly she can be to those she considers close.

Her dungeon ability is "Treasure Search", an ability revealing hidden Treasure Chests in a dungeon.
