Preset Empires Removed

Do you want to have entirely fresh and randomized empires to destroy or befriend? Have some really cool trait mods that preset empires do not benefit from, to your displeasure? Then this is the mod for you!

This mod ensures that spawned empires do not draw from any of the preset empires, whether these be vanilla or mod-added preset empires. Please note that empires set up as "forced spawn" or "always spawn" will spawn even if this mod is active.

However, to ensure compatibility with all mods, this is not achievement compatible.
