Give your American city the finishing touch with the American Commuter Trains!

The Dual-mode Bilevel is a DM30AC locomotive with C3 Bilevel cars, modeled and created specifically for Cities: Skylines! This prototype is inspired by the trains serving New York City and Long Island (LIRR), and is designed to match the Cities Skylines art style. It includes night lighting, line colors, and full compatibility with Vehicle Effects and Extra Vehicle Effects, for great sound effects!

Vehicle Effects errors should be all fixed with the last patch!
