Updated 14/9/2017 - added a version of the locker with open doors (so you can put boxes and stuff inside), and changed the building AI from Park to Common which should get rid of the seagulls.

Open locker version shares textures with the closed version if you use the Loading Screen Mod

Two different buildings (an office and a locker/warehouse unit) which you can use to build self-storage businesses. Both buildings are RICO-enabled for low-density commercial (units have 2 workplace and the office has 7).

They're just modular 2x2 structures, so you can build storage facilities in different sizes.

Office building is 623 tris and the storage unit is 362 (LODs are 92 and 10 tris each). Textures are 1024x2048 diffuse, normal, specular, and 512x512 versions for the LODs.

Thanks for the feedback, I'll update and change to PlayerBuilding when I revisit these assets (I need to reupload at some point to fix the open locker's LOD anyway). I usually don't worry about a lot of the simulation features like maintenance cost/consumption when I play, but I know it's not like this for everyone. Cheers

I'm really loving these assets! However, I'd suggest changing the building AI from Common to PlayerBuilding, which would enable basic features like construction cost and electricity consumption while still getting rid of park-specific ones like tourists and seaguls. I mean, when you are playing without mods, it's kinda no fun if you can just plop it for free and don't pay for its maintenance like with everything else. Also, the open locker somehow ended up in the Plazas tab, while the other two assets are in the main Parks tab. (Personally, I moved them all to Other Parks for myself. I know this doesn't really matter, but it just feels nicer and more consistent to have them all together)
