50 Construction Slots - Cheaper Construction Costs

This mod makes the maximum number of building slots in a state 50 instead of 25.

It also makes it so you can build 40 of a factory instead of just 20. Also I doubled the amount of starting slots for each state type. So cities use to be 6 now they are 12. I left those that were 0 eg wastelands at 0. Not sure if I should increase them or not. Also changes the construction cost of builds to be half of what they are in vanilla.

This mod edits all the state categories in common/state_category.

Also edits gfx/interface/stateview_bg.dds and interface/countrystateview.gui to enable you to see all the factory slots added. NOTE: The Background texture is probably garbage as I have very minimal tools to edit and I am not a texture artist.

It also edits common/buildings/00_buildings.txt so it won't work with mods that change it.

If you want something like this for other major mods just ask and I will probably make it. Don't just download my mod and take everything from it and make a new version without any credit thanks.

It also edits the 00_defines.lua but does so in a way it doesn't overwrite anything but the max slots so it should be safe with other mods that modify the 00_defines as long as this has priority.
