Its Carmelita from "Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus",
but her face is frozen.

Major Problem

Lack of face flexes (would need to remake from scratch)

Lack of ik rig (Don't know how that even works)

I don't have the time or experience to work on these problem.

I'm pretty sure you'd need to have those spine bones, I would suggest adding those bones for more mobility and flexibility for the model

@The Kittin I'm pretty sure the bone names are right, but she doesn't have all the bones (clavicles, spine2 and 4). I didn't include these bones as her movement in the game suggested she didn't have them. Is there any chance of getting it to work with out them?

IK rigs can be placed automatically if bones are named properly. Shape keys however are simple with low poly models

@Diamondborn You mean the one from The Sly Collection? I didn't get a chance to play that, but I'm pretty sure they just added HD textures.

Now if you're talking about Sly 4, I agree wholeheartedly. Thieves in Time can burn in hell
