[IA] Slavs FE Mod Architecture

NOTICE! This is a mod for the "Independent Architecture" DAT mod. This mod does nothing for AoE2 itself. You need the "Independent Architecture" DAT mod to see an effect. Make sure this mod has a higher priority than the Independent Architecture DAT Mod as well.

Using this mod with the "Independent Architecture" DAT mod, this changes the Slavs Architecture from the Eastern European set to their Unique Slavic Architecture set from the original Forgotten Empires mod. With the DAT mod, this only affects the Slavs and not the Magyars, who are currently the only other civilization that uses the Eastern European set.

(For compatabilty insurance, even though this architecture set doesn't touch the majority of Feudal Buildings & Sails, it still includes duplicate versions of those SLPs to minimize issues. Fortified Walls & Gates are also the original Eastern European Versions due to their incompleteness.)
