Morthos' Items is a small itempack for afterbirth+. It adds 3 active and 6 passive items to the game, added to various item pools.

Any feedback is appreciated.

For those of you who like to know the effects of the items before picking them up:

Passive:
Heritage, "Money = Tears" - Gives you a -1 tears op for every 20 coins you have. Found in treasure rooms.

Panic, "Fear makes stronger" - Gives you a damage boost based on the number of enemies alive in the current room. Found in treasure rooms.

Steroids, "Grow stronger" - Gives you an extra 0.3 damage up every floor you go down. Found in shops, secret rooms and regular beggars.

Tech O, "It loops around" - Replaces tears with a laser ring centered on you. You can expand the ring by shooting and decrease it by not shooting. Found in treasure rooms.

Hellborn, "Infernal wrath" - When hit creates a red flame at your feet and sets all enemies ablaze. Also adds one black heart on pickup. Found in devil deals, curse rooms and demon beggars.

Paladin's Hammer, "Smite your enemies!" - A hammer familiar follows you and charges like lil chub. When it hits an enemy, it creates a beam of light. Found in angel rooms.

Active:
Pack of Bandages, "I'm bored" - Gives you a ball of bandages upon use. (12 room recharge) Found in treasure rooms and shops.

Tearjerker, "I cry everytime" - Gives a -3 tears up for the current room. (4 rooms recharge) Found in treasure rooms and libraries.

Heart Container, "Store it for later" - When used once, consumes a red heart container. When used again, you get back the lost red heart container. (No charge) Found in treasure rooms, secret rooms and golden chests.
