Bind

First thing you need to do is copy and paste into console this command:

bind "your key" "toggle sensitivity [your sensivity] 999999;"

So "your key" change to your key and [your sensivity] change to your sensivity, for example:

bind "f4" "toggle sensitivity 2.3 999999;"

What's next?

When you are defusing bomb, click your key and still move your mouse right and left.
When you have defused bomb, one more time click your key to go back to the previous sensitivity.

As you can see, it's good for pistols round.
BUT: To defuse the bomb don't move the mouse up.

i just use my macro to move my mouse 100000~ miles per hour to the right so it doesn't got up randomly while defusing

Try
bind "your key" "toggle m_yaw 0.022 999"
now just press the button you chose and move your mouse around, when done, press the botton again and its back to normal

i just combined a few tips i found, im not really good at this :P
