1. Copy and paste into console these two commands:

bind mwheelup "+attack" bind mwheeldown "+attack"

2. Buy Tec-9 or Dual Berettas
3. Scroll up and down how fast you can ;)

You can use other key, for example
bind m "+attack"
bind n "+attack"
Or just don't use it.
