Throwable Weapons

Teaches survivors the lost art of throwing things.

Woodie gets any axe he throws back, regardless of whether he hit something. Winona gets all tools that hit an enemy. Wigfrid gets all spears that hit an enemy. Axes, picks, and hammers will do one work action on the target. Default uses drain is double the attack wear, but is configurable.

You can now equip and throw spiders. This will deal 10 damage to them and a target (if they hit something), and initiate a fight with any neutral or hostile entities. You can also use them as a weapon right now, just because of how the AOE targeting system works, but they only deal 10 damage


To have a character get an item returned to them after throwing, you need to add one or all of the following tags to your character prefab:

"AllThrown"

"ThrownAxes"
"ThrownSpears" (works with prefabs that include spear in the name or have the spear tag)
"ThrownTools"

"AlwaysReturn"--> Allows the character to get thrown weapons back even on missing a target, based on which of the above tags the character has.
