Yeah that is Ryuko Matoi's tool of revenge.
The miracle happens and this weapon kinda works. Still pretty unpolished but I'm so happy that after week of strugling it's finally works.
Many thanks to flow754 he helped me A LOT.

UPDATE
Many people(two) wanted to take this tool by the wrong side. So I added this opportunity for these crazy. There three skins now:
- Classic Cut
- Special Cut
- Small Cut

@Playmaker, yeah I can but it's currenly impossible to make animated chain. It can be static or I can simply delete it

@Playmaker I need 3d model with textures but if that is complex character model that needs some extra editing I'll say no
