This mod adds 14 Animated Shirts for Males and Females.

You can find them near the bottom of the list at any clothing store.

I highly recommend you download IdolNinja's "Extra clothing colors and extra makeup colors" mod to make some of the shirts look better (the Princess shirt, in particular.) You can find it here:

The .gif I used for the Princess shirt was a glittery/sparkly font. It's kinda hard to see unless the sparkle effect is changed to a bright white like in the video. It's why I recommend IdolNinja's mod for it.

Yeah...too bad Mod tools use CMD...I have to shake my head a little (Though I'm trying to make a .BAT File that Ask for the Source & New Name and can be Config by pasting the Filepath of the CloneItem.exe into the .BAT)

Animated Tattoos should be possible, though I'm not sure if they're able to be put on the workshop because the workshop doesn't recognize every type of thing in the game. I've never tried uploading any.

Editing tattoos can be somewhat annoying though because some of them wrap around oddly, or some of them share the same texture file for multiple slots (if you change it for the leg it will change for the arm too.)

I know Flow would love it if more people made animated textures. :)

Thanks for the Tool Link...I watched a Video hoping for Animated Tattoos...so that might something you or me can do.
