2. load the asset in content manager and make the changes with modtools... etc
the required changes are in this case clicking the "unset"-button, so the requirement is set to "0"
[optional there is also a small folder-button where you can place a different preview-picture. it needs to be a png with 644x360 pixels called previewimage.png]
i hope that this was right and helpful (haven't done it myself in a while and i know that it is a pain in the ass when you update something here for the first time)
In windows: C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Addons\Assets)
2. load the asset in content manager and make the changes with modtools... this mod can be found in the workshop and you open it with ctrl+e (The path is: Tool Manager - Tool Controller - Prefab Info - SteamHelper + DLC_Bitmask m_dlc required = Oriental Buildings)
3. save the asset now
4. now exit the game and cut the crp-file out of the folder (C:\Users\username\...) and save it somewhere on your computer. stay still subscribed to the workshop asset... otherwise you won't be able to update the asset)
5. now go back into the game and open the content manager. there you will find your asset which will have a small update-button. click on update and replace the "bad" crp-file with the "good" one that you have saved on your computer
