German flag replacer mod

Using the 'more flags mod' core mod, this addon allows for use of the "Bundesdienstflagge und Dienstflagge der Landstreitkräfte der Bundeswehr" as the default flag, no longer are we limited to just US, UK and EU flags. I am thinking about doing other flags... we'll see. Enjoy! Also an error comes up about LOD, ignor it, the LOD is fine
