@Macwelshman Ok, so go to your C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines
folder and there is a CGS file there, called userGamestate. (not CRP, my mistake)
This is like a profile of what assets and mods you have enabled. You cant rename the file so make a copy and place in a file wich you can name like editor for example. Make sure not to delete any of them untill you get used to them. I have several for different cities themes. Once you've copied you can disable all the assets and mods you dont want for the editor to load faster. Then when you want to play the game, you switch back the CGS file. I hope this makes sense.

Hi. I'm not sure what you mean by "using a seperate crp file for asset importing". Could you elabarate on this a bit as I'm a bit thick today.

Hey @Macwelshman, I'm happy to see you back. This prop has the 1024 texture from the semi detached house. So You could update the original garage prop with a 512 texture. Just take the fixed model form the house asset. Other than that I wouldnt change anything about the existing assets. I'd realy love to see some new assets from you, peferebly some more house's. If your struggling to load the asset editor you could look into using a seperate crp file for asset importing and the using the loading screen mod.
I personaly like to create my own back gardens for realism. But I wouldn't be against uploading new assets instead of updating them. Hopefully this asset is working now, I just updated it.:steamhappy:

Hi Sparks. Thanks for looking into this. I have been out of the loop for a while but may start adding some new and updated assets soon. I'm thinking of recreating some of my houses with built in fences/hedges/walls and sheds and garages. I don't know about you, but I sick of having to load so many 3rd party assets just to get buildings to look good. I'm hoping this will reduce the load on the FPS - assuming I make them as efficiently as possible.
Let me know what you think.

Well some in your screenshots are still yellow so that's why I ask. If you are continuing to test please keep me posted

I literally took it out the game and put it back in and there is no lod issue. I think Macwelshman did fix some the buildings. But with this in mind he's probably inactive now.
I did forget to make it slightly larger to cover up the broken ones I havnt tested it yet. But if you have prop it up mod you could just replace them, assuming they are all props.

Hey @Sparks... is the fix for the yellow LOD issue? If so thank you. Will you reach out to original creator and ask if he can sub this prop for his other one?
