[Overwatch] Junkrat Playermodel v. 2.0

Due to popular response, the model has been tweaked accordingly as follows:

I did not port this model from Overwatch. I have instead ported it to Garry's Mod from SFM. For me to actually be able to do this in the first place, someone else had ported him over from OW earlier.
After recieving permission from "Stealth Clobber", the original porter, and archiver, I've then taken the model and made it a playermodel. Thus, all the credit recieved here, should rightfully be shared with them!
