Hi! Sorry for the late response, here's how you do it.
Firstly, you go through the following folders: alexander > data > world > maps > campaign > Alexander, then you open the file descr_win_conditions.txt, and delete the part that says "survivor Alexander". This will mean you can kill Alexander and destroy Macedonia and still continue playing!

Hello ! How you do it that ?) I asked this, because, if you killed Alexander or destroy Makedonia in the game, playing for other factions, then game ending, due to internal settings of the game.( Sanks for possible answer and sorry for my english.
