The AH XL in Tilburg pretty much has an american type parking lot. I don't understand why the shopping cards are red and not blue tho..
Still getting it ;p
Oh and i am pretty sure you can change the education thing with RICO but it needs a restart of the game afterwards. Didn't play the game for a few years but that's what i know because i had the same hindrance before. Probably already figured that out by now..
