Adds 16 new City-States to the game
These are the City-States:

Militaristic:
Kiev
Kinshasa
Kabul
Tripoli
Tehran

Maritime:
Perth
Guadalajara
Abdijan
Maputo
Lagos
Taipei
Wellington

Cultural:
Napoli
Buenos Aires
Haifa
Bethlehem
Casablanca

Well, a lot of city-states in CiV aren't actually city-states, for example, Sydney, or in this case, Taipei. They usually use major cities from around the world that aren't a part of Civilizations in the game.

because Taipei(City of Taiwan) itself is actually part of China
