Can you create a control panel for a traffic light with only 3 lights (red, yellow and green)? ..... Like the one on your "wall of presentation" in your YouTube video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VBa-g1psbZo) ..... It works perfectly!

What country? They don't do that in the United States.

They go Green, then Yellow, then Red. Then they go streight to Green. Only one light is ever lit at a time.

One thing I've noticed is that just before the light turns green, both the red and yellow lights are on.
