The files remain exactly as they were in SCP Containment Breach.
You can eitheir use SCP Containment breach as a reference, or unpack the addon to see its file paths.
The only difference from SCP Containment Breach and the addon is that the addon's files and folders are in lowercase.
This means that if you go into SCP Containment Breach's folder you will find "sfx\character\mtf\announc.ogg". And if you go into the addon folder, there is also a "sfx\character\mtf\announc.ogg". That is the same file.
Hope that makes it clear. Btw, To unpack the addon, you can use GMad extractor.
This leaves you with two options to get the file's path:
1. Unpack the addon
2. Download SCP Containment Breach and use its sound folder as reference.
