Glow on Impact

Beskrivning
Replaces the blood impact effect with a glow effect on impacts, also adds a little smoke and small sparks.
Works on players, most npcs, flesh entities
doesn't appear on antlion grubs.

The only way i know how to is to extract this file from the .gma file and edit it inside gmod's particle editor.
