does this also allow to be a friendly hivemind? (like unity from rick and morty)

i really like the idea of getting the option of joining your mind to offer races that are strongly allyed with you.

and based on how much their population likes you a certain percentage of the empire will be added to yours as the pops convert to your hivemind while the rest of the people split off and form some new smaller empire that opposes you.

for an instance i am friends with birdpeople who LOVE me and i offer them to merge with me, this gives me parts of their empire and the rest becomes strictly opposed to me.

that would be AMAZING!

By vanila i meant without dlc, its still workable with most mods

This was just a mod for me and my friends, probably not going to update it till we play it again, also, this mod is only for vanilla use.

I am very excited for this, I am hoping you remove the synthetic acendency restriction. Plz and ty.
