Beskrivning
David Stott Bulding is one of the most iconic Art Deco skyscrapers in Detroit. It was named in honor of English-born buisinessman David E. Stott and completed in 1929. (Wikipedia)

This is a level 3 corner office building so if you want this building to spawn, you need level 1 and level 2 3x3 "corner" office buliding and you can subscribe to the assets that I made:

I don't know what mods that you use to "place" this building because this is a simple growable building, but I suspect that the building is disappearing because you are not placing it at a corner in a correct orientation. This is a corner building that only grows at corners. I am sure you can change the setting with some mods but I do not know how.

Tried to place multiple times on three by three area next to my town hall with it repeatedly despairing. The same issue happened in other areas of my city so sadly have unsubscribe as its not working have no clue whats wrong.

Thanks. Not sure. I have something else in my mind now but Detroit is the city I always go back to look for buildings so never know. And yes Book Tower and Cadillac Tower is on my wishlist as well :)

Love this building! Are you by any chance gonna make Detroit buildings again? 'Cause I'd love if the Book tower or Cadillac tower was made for the game. :)
