AI: Not Joining Factions While At War

The AI will no longer join factions while at war.
This mod should be compatible with most other mods.



If you are for example in a war with the soviets who have a faction and you are in a war with norway who don't have a faction it is still quite possible for norway to join the soviets, but if you for example are only at war with one nation which isn't in a faction, then this nation will not randomly join the allies or someone else unless it has a focus, decision or event for that.

Should be working again now. I just had to update the mod for 1.16.2 Graveyard of Empires and since I don't play hoi4 that often, I forgot to update the mod.

Alright, since you guys want the update so bad that you even started posting instructions to edit your own game files to match the mod (btw, you should also edit DIPLOMACY_FACTION_CIVILWAR_WANTS_HELP), here's the update.
Have fun and please thank danielsibry2 for motivating me enough to make the update.

Even though it was a pain in the ass to update the already existing mod, since Paradox or Steam changed the way mods are updated years ago, which is also the reason why I never found the motivation to care about it before.

Note: Steam may need a few hours to check the content of the mods for malware before you can see the update.
