To spawn a vehicle, open the vehicles tab and find "Tokimune's Mods". Then spawn the vehicle of your liking.
Then, right click on the car and go to liveries. From there, it should be obious how to do it.

Q: Can you make my community/server some Photon vehicles/skins?
A: Yes, comment on my profile and add me.

Q: Why no more lights?
A: Because, in Black Mesa, the security cars only had a lightbar on top of them. No other emergency lights.

Q: Why does the CVPI look a bit different?
A: I tried to make the older livery for it.

Q: Why the car spawn without a skin?
A: Check the intructions how to use above
