Here is a quick little tutorial on getting things moving a bit more efficient. The file can be edited with notepad or wordpad,

Cooling Unit

Heat Radiator

Staff Radius
You can change the radius of staff houses. I found 4000 the best for gameplay. Try it on any of the staff houses,

Pick up the Pace
Made the staff slightly faster when walking.
