First four character routes can be completed in any order:

-Makoto Jounouchi
Would not turn back time.
*Go with D.D. and Makoto.
*I'd like to be alone with Makoto.

-Dorothy Davenport
Would not turn back time.
*Go with D.D. and Makoto.
*I'd rather be alone with DD.

-Michiru Sawatari
Would not turn back time.
*Go with Michiru and Misaki.
*I don't see Misaki as a romantic interest.

-Misaki Andou
Would not turn back time.
*Go with Michiru and Misaki.
*I like Misaki.

* = Recommended to save here the first time you reach these choices.

Final two routes must be completed in order:

-Cro
After finishing the four routes above, choose REPEAT from the main menu.
(No choices)

-Miu
After finishing Cro's route, start from the beginning again.
Would turn back time.

Patch fixes CG that is Missing

Hmmm...I followed this guide, but there seems to be 1 CG missing from Makoto's route?
2nd row; 1st picture, where Rei has one hand on Makoto's shoulder, there's only 7/8 CGs.
