Process
  1. Enter "Task Manager".
  2. Go to "Services" tab and find "Open Servises" button at the bottom of the window.
  3. Try to find the one including words like "servise", "keyboard", "pen", something like that anyway...
  4. Right-click => "Properties".
  5. From the pop-up menu select "Disabled".4
  6. Hit "Stop'" => "Apply" => "Ok" button.
