Right-click the executable (VanHelsing.exe in D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing Final Cut) and select 'disable display scaling on high dpi settings' in the compatibility tab under properties.

Change DPI Scaling in Windows 10. I had this set to 150% , setting it back to 100% allowed the game to use the 1080p (3840x2160) resolution setting.

To check right click your desktop and choose 'display settings'. Check the slider under 'Change the size...' and set it to 100%.

or change each application manually - all the x64 dx11 options if you're playing that.

@Avsky That has changed in Win 11. This game still doesn't run at 1080p or above with this fix. You need to go to Windows resolution settings and change it to 100%. That fixes it.

hello, I do not see that option, where is it? I know this is a necro post but trying my luck just in case. not working for me bro im in the main menu of the game but is soo zoomed it i cannot find options to change resolution
