Opis

Clandestine is an asymmetric coop, stealth game created by Logic Artists. The game consists of two roles: hacker (Martin), who controls cameras and provides birds-eye support to the spy as well as manipulate the environment; spy (Katya), who navigates the levels and does the 'dirty-work' of a typical Hollywood field agent.

This is the first published solo speed run (no coop ally) of this game. My objective of this run is to complete each stage as fast as I possibly can, go figure; this means that stealth is not my concern for this video, only raw speed. In order to do this I will use a glitch discovered by myself that allows the spy to temporarily clip through walls by interrupting her vaulting animation. I did not use any form of external assistance for performing this glitch.

The run itself was segmented into 13 parts, this means one segment per load area; therefore, I did not take advantage of any checkpoints, so these clips are a collection of my best attempts at each individual stage.

The timing of each segment starts the frame directly after the loading screen disappears, (so levels like Warsaw, Poland have the beginning cutscene counting as part of the time). Since the game consists of two different segments, interstitial and final segments for each level, the end-time on these are counted a bit differently. For load-sections that appear in the middle of a level (interstitial), the time pauses the frame before the screen goes black and starts loading. For the final segments, the ones that lead to the mission complete screen, the time pauses as soon as the screen turns a tiny bit blue and the player looses control of Katya (this also applies to the final level of the game, after the cutscene).

I will also make annotated commentary for this run, but this is not implemented quite yet (but will be remedied soon).
