Part 1: Configuration
First off, get Addon Share.
http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=973145750
It makes your friends download your addons. It'll stop any missing map issues, as well as giant error signs and pink checkerboards related to missing addons.

Now, follow these steps:

1. Start a new game.

2. Go to the top-right, and click "Single Player".

3. Click any number of maximum players you'll need. Setting it higher then how many people will be playing won't do anything bad.

4. Check "Peer-To-Peer" if it isn't checked already.

5. Change limits. You can decide if people spawn with weapons, how many things they can spawn, etc. here.

6. Click "Start Game", and the map you selected will load.

7. Now you're in-game. Time for Part 2!
Part 2: Inviting friends
So now you're in-game, sitting around in the map... but it's no fun without friends! Let's invite some!

1. Open the overlay by holding SHIFT and hitting TAB.

2. Click "View all friends" at the middle-left.

3. Right-click the friend you want to invite, and click "Invite to Game".

4. Have your friend open their overlay and click the invite.

5. They should start joining and you'll be able to play together!

Thanks for reading this guide, I hope it helps!

Have the host check their add-ons. It's something they'll have to figure out themselves unfortunately.
